I absolutely agree with your list. Though still new to utilizing AR (think I joined a couple of years ago in a class I was taking but didn't really start doing anything here until last month) I have enjoyed each of the benefits you listed while participating as well, and look forward to continued benefits from perusing the post to hear the views and ideas of others from all over.
It one of the first places I go to for industry , marketing and tech news. Also the first person tutorials are great.
