I am on my last day of vacation. Are vacations for healing your mind, body, spirit, relationships with friends and loved ones?
I have had one of my best vacations ever. It has to do with me more than anything. I am chilled, relaxed, grateful, accepting. For the past week, I was able to sleep in later than I have in several years - 7 AM, spent alot of time with long time friends, and some great time with my son, his girlfriend, and my husband, plus lots of wine tasting and nice dinners the past 3 days.
I feel stronger mentally and physically. My husband and I are closer. My son and his girlfriend are back to Hawaii now, but I still feel the love.
Now I can go back to my real estate clients recharged, refreshed, renewed. Life is good.

Sounds like just what the Dr ordered! Vacations are necessary for so many reasons and you satisfied the majority of them, :)
PS You slept in til 7am?? Wow, I'm not up til 9:30 unless the house is on fire!
We just got back from 3 days at Pajaro Dunes and all that time spent walking the beach, playing games, and relaxing definitely recharged my batteries. Plus, I always seem to get more business while I'm away :)
Vacations are so important to the Soul. Sounds like you had a wonderful time with your family.

Vacations are great for recharging and coming back with a fresh perspective. Turning off the phone completely and letting things fall where they may, then picking up the pieces can work for at least one week a year.
Congratualtions on your vacation. That is something to celebrate. They are everything!!!!! I would LOVE to take one.
