1. I love real estate. It is my passion. My thoughts and actions mostly revolve around real estate 24/7.
2. I attend functions- charity events, chamber of commerce events, neighborhood BBQ, country club events
3. I stay in touch with past clients through email, text, phone calls and blogs.
4. I have parties and BBQ's
5. I talk to people every where I go- restaurants, hair salon, car wash, shopping, airports, and more
6. I talk to people outside my office as they walk up and look at our flyers.
7. I ask for referrals from attorneys, accountants, bankers, lenders, title reps, gardeners, security guards
8. I follow up on sign calls
9. I list homes on Craigslist
10. I go to other real estate offices out of the area and connect with the broker and agents. They are all potential clients and have potential clients
11. I go to open houses out of the area to meet more agents and learn about the area. This really helps to connect with buyers from that area.
12. I am positive, enthusiastic, and full of energy
13. I know the inventory of available homes
14. I have great lenders and other services for my buyers
