La Quinta California Real Estate: Police chase ends at our listing

Police chase ends at our listing

We got a call today that there was a break in at a short sale house we have listed- sounds pretty normal, huh? Thank goodness the house is vacant. My assistant  went there as I am out of town and found 9 poice cars. There had been a chase of a stoeln car. The guy stopped at this house, kicked  in the front door and was hiding inside. At least the only damage was a broken door frame and nothing was stolen. The guy was arrested, the door frame nailed back with the help of the neighbor and hopefully we are done for the evening- enogh drama for this day.

I like Kathy's response!  Try and stay cool out there and don;t melt in the heat! (speaking of which, maybe he was just hoping the AC was on?)
