Here in La Quinta, California, Mondays are our most challenging days. We have business backed up from the weekend's transactions. People wait past the weekend to call. Escrow offices and banks are open. We have our team meeting on Monday mornings and then have our caravan. This helps generate alot of positive energy for the week. It also take s a few hours so we are behind with the administrative work, emails, and phone calls before we even start. It is fun to have everyone in the office on Mondays. Even though we are busy and encounter many challenges, we have alot of fun with each other too.

Mondays are typically my busiest day as well. Buyers who went out looking over the weekend, now want to get Pre-Qualified so they can make an offer.
