You are right on when it come to what the buyers want-- I would add private pool to the list, along with a patio for entertaining!  Kathy

This list (minus the casita) would apply to almost every real estate market in the country.  Buyers want NEW, NEW and we seem to be unable to even give away almost anything else.  Great blog post!
