1. Sellers are grateful for agents with top skills and will lower prices pretty easily
2. I get better and better at skills in all areas
3. Realtors and brokers leave the business everyday so there are not so many agents
4. No commission discounts - hard work earns higher commissions
5. Not so many homes for sale. Only people who really have to sell, list their homes and are serious about making it happen
6. Prices are low
7. Interest rates are low
8. Services as repairs, escrow, title, etc. are hard working and accomodating
9. Clients do what they say they will do and what we tell them to do
10. Lot of opportunity to make lots of money through hard work, top skills, and persistance
