Name 3 Things You Consistently Do to Attract Buyers and Sellers

The next questions is which of the three so you like to do most and which one works best for you.

I sure hope we get alot of ideas on this as I am sure we all do it alittle differently and we may get some good new ideas from others.

Here are some of the things I do daily to attract buyers and sellers:

Basically, I spend my life connecting with people and connecting them to others as well. I love relating with people.

1. I answer the phone, text, email, active rain, facebook and all leadas received through any channel very quickly.

2. I use farming consitently and often. This is working well now. Not many agents are sending postacrds anymore.

3. I make a real effort to get to know and connect with lots of realtors and brokers. They are the ones who have the clients. This is much easier than finding clients one at a time.

4. I talk to people whereever I go- intown, out of town, at restaurants, stores, doctor offices, etc. Most people do know someone right now who wants to buy or sell a house.

5. I visit the weekly meetings at other real estate offices to get to know the agents and get referrals for my area.

6. I do a charity event in our community for animals. This is very helpful to community and I have met alot of people that not only attended, but also donated items and/or time to our cause.

7. I have parties for friends, neighbors, and clients. This is fun to connect everyone and let them know how much I do care about them.

8. I go to at least one event per week - Chamber of Commerce, sports event, service club, realtors training class, or some other event to connect with people.

Lori, great solid advice for any agent.  Thanks for stopping by my blog.  My three things to get in front of potential clients.

1)  Work expireds.

2)  Visit FSBOs

3)  Stay in contact with my sphere.

Great ideas. We do not have many fsbo's. We do some expireds too. Out here being the 3-4 agent on a listing is usually the best- by then they are really ready to sell and listen to reality more than emotions or family and friends.
