La Quinta California Real Estate: Canadians still love La Quinta, California - even in the rain!

Canadians still love La Quinta, California - even in the rain!

La Quinta and Indio, California, land of 360 days a year of sunshine has experienced much more rain than usual this year. La Quinta and Indio have had over 5 inches of rain when the average is around 3 inches a year. The Canadians who stop by our office do not mind at all. They are happy to be in 65+ temperatures and playing golf and relaxing. What we feel is bad weather in La Quinta and Indio is wonderful for the Canadians visiting. Now for sure, they would rather have 80 degrees and sunny, but nonetheless it is enjoyable for the Canadians.
The Canadians also enjoy the friendly atmosphere, good values at restaurants, shopping, golf, and massage.
We in La Quinta and Indio are grateful to have the Canadians here to help stimulate our economy as well as share their friendliness and kindnes.

We sure don't have many rainy days!  The Canadians are down here in full force--soaking up our sunny days and beautiful mountains.  Check out LiveTheDesertLife.com for more desert info!  Kathy

I just spent last week in Bighorn at my Sister's place...  Yep, it rained, but against those "pop-up" mountains, it was beautiful!

Sunshine has returned! Yea! 77 degrees! We got our good weather back! Golf, biking, hiking, swimming too! Sure is alot more fun to show houses in the warm sun.
