Property Tax Exemptions for Honolulu

The deadline for the property tax exemption for the city and county of Honolulu is September 30. You can notify your clients to down lowad the forms at www.realpropertyhonolulu.com For more details or if you have questions, you can visit the City and County of Honolulu's website at www.honolulupropertytax.com.

This is athe way to lower assessments and property taxes. Be sure to not miss the deadline for 2010- September 30.

Let's All Take a Vacation to Honolulu! Aloha!

With the heat all across America, let's all take a vacation to Honolulu. This is the perfect time of the year for some rest and relaxation and the calm peaceful aloha spirit.

Some say they cannot afford it. Believe me, over the period of a lifetime a few thousand dollars will not matter. The healing calm that you and your family or friends receive from your time in the islands is more than worth the cost.

Imagine being on Waikiki beach watching the surfers and then you take a nice swim in the cool clear blue waters.

You can hike Diamond Head for panormaic views of the ocean a nd island.

A real treat is a dy trip to Sunset Beach on the North Shore with white sand and crystal clear blue water. Don't forget to stop for lunch at the shrimp shack.

Remember the fireworks in Waikiki each Friday evening. How amazing!

Also, there is shopping galore including a very specail Nordstrom Rack not far from the Ala Moana Center.

Duke's on Sunday afternoons is the best for epople watching, great music, and delicious food too.

Rated one of the best in the world, don't miss Alan Wong's restaurant in Honolulu.

Just a few minutes reflecting on Honolulu has me there in spirit, already feeling happier, calmer, peaceful, and relaxed.

The airfares and hotel rates are very low, so go for it! You will come back more productive than you have been in a long time.
