La Quinta California Real Estate

My Best marketing Ideas Right Now.

1. I answer the phone when it rings and if I cannot, I call back quickly. In this market, I think that counts more than anything.
2. I make an effort to connect with 3 agents from other companies each day. I have made an effort to check out websites of agents presenting offers and also speak to them to know them personally. This really helps in getting offers accepted and for a smooth and easy transaction. It also build alot of trust.
3. Sign calls- we have over 50 listings and I keep working to get more. It brands our name and also brings buyers
4. Social networking- makes lots of new friends and opens new doors like I am doing right now. I feel this is really the business of the future.
5. Client referrals- stay in touch with past clients by parties, phone calls, emails, cards, letters.
6. Craigslist- we post there 20 each day and what great results and clients we have received from there!
7. Farming - postcards work well now. Not many people are sending them.
8. Open houses- people who come are serious about buying a house> also, door knock and put flyer's on 20 neighbors homes each open house to get more listings and build interest in the home open
9. Leases - we pick up good clients from leases
10.Office floor time- they come and we follow up, follow up, follow up
11. NOD house calls for short sale listings- time consuming but productive
12. Talk to people everywhere I go about real estate. They all love to talk about it and usually know someone who is buying, selling, investing, or leasing.
13. Referrals from attorneys- estate, trust, BK, and real estate. This is a real niche for me.
14. Referrals from other agents out of area. We sell lots of homes to real estate agents, their families, and friends. Perfect clients!
There are many more, but these are the ones working best for me right now.

The Lori Bowers Group in La Quinta was just featured in Lore Magazine

My team and I are so thrilled to have been a featured post in Lore Magazine.  If we can jump on board to the Internet and social networking, so can anyone.  It is amazing how quickly things have progressed and taken off and how excited our agents are to jump on board.  Please check out the article and leave us a comment.  We would love to hear your thoughts and ideas!
