La Quinta California Real Estate

Labor Day signifies the begining of our busy season

So many places in the country are preparing for end of season.  A time to pack away the out door furniture, secure the awnings and make sure all of the outside work is complete.  For Realtors in these places, it usually means sales will slow down for a few months. It is a time to relax, unwind and catch your breathe after a busy and hopefully productive summer season.

Here in La Quinta, fall means the  exact opposite.  Now is the time to put out the patio furniture, plant fall /winter flowers and enjoy cooler temperatures.  Fall and winter are our season and many people come to visit from all over the world.  With warm weather, sunshine and cool evenings, La Quinta makes a perfect place to come defrost. We are a resort community and the lifestyle here is amazing.

So now we as Realtors  are getting ready for the busy season.  We make sure we know the inventory, call past clients to welcome them back to the desert and make sure our real estate  skills are above par.  For the next several months we will dedicate our time and energy to work and making deal happen.

What does Labor Day  mean where you live?
