I have worked on a team for nearly 10 years. In real estate, it is so helpful to have several agents so someone is available and trained as a clone of the other agents 24/7. It is also interesting to me to see how 5 people are 25 time stronger that each team member alone.
The ideas of 5 people are 25 time or more creative than one.
The team members motivate and support each other. We are doing a listing contest right now to get at least 10 listings each by the end of the year. It has gotten all of us door knocking, something we have not done for a few years.
A team is good review offers, role play ideas and offers, share open houses.
A team lowers the cost of $$ and time involved for signs, lock boxes, flyers, websites, brochures and more.
A team is supportive in real estate challenges and life challenges too.
A team is fun - the sense of humor shared lightens and brightens each day.
My team empowers me to be the best broker associate I can be on a daily basis and have more fun too.
