Often times as a Realtor we get a call from a client who wants to see a home asap. We grab the info, and run out the door to show a property without thinking of the risks. I know in our office we always make sure that another agent knows where we are, and what we are doing. I have heard other agents carry mace, have an emergency code, or go in pairs. But is it realistic to always have another agent with you? What are some of the ways you make sure that you are safe when showing new clients homes? Please share your ideas, as it is important that safety be number one!
