I was at the Tom Ferry Summit today and got some alarming statistics. Over 400,000 agents have left the business. There are 990,000 agents worldwide.
This is helpful for those of us who are still around. We have more homes to sell with less people. Let's go for referrals of the families, friends, and past clients of the people who have left the business.
If we contact just 10 agents per month who have left the business, that is 120 referral pipelines a year. If we get just 5 referrals from 30 of these agents per year, that is 150 sales per year.
I am getting started on this now. I like referral clients and I like agent referrals.
