A few months ago I sold a house to a young couple with a darling baby. They already had a home in La Quinta and although the value has decreased, they understood the big picture for the long term and decided to buy another home for themselves and rent out the home they already owned.
They are such nice people and so fun to work with. They did alot of their own research. The asked my input and listened to what I said without asking 20 other people who really have nothing to do with their purchase. We had to make a few offers before one was accepted. They were patient and nice through the process.
After the offer was accepted, the loan process was tedious, even though they have excellent credit and more than adequate income. They did what they had to do and hung in there until the house closed.
I met them for coffee today and they are so appreciative. They are having fun remodeling their new house. I also am coaching them on renting their previous house.
It is so fun to work with such nice people and see them achieve success and live their dream.
