I have a great listing for $219,000 - a 1500+ sq. ft. home with a pool in excellent condition. It has been on the market for over a month an no offers. Yesterday I had 3 showings and all of the potential buyers thought the home was a great deal. I have another showing tomorrow and look forward to some offers.

I am on my last day of vacation. Are vacations for healing your mind, body, spirit, relationships with friends and loved ones?

I have had one of my best vacations ever. It has to do with me more than anything. I am chilled, relaxed, grateful, accepting. For the past week, I was able to sleep in later than I have in several years - 7 AM, spent alot of time with long time friends, and some great time with my son, his girlfriend, and my husband, plus lots of wine tasting and nice dinners the past 3 days.

I feel stronger mentally and physically. My husband and I are closer. My son and his girlfriend are back to Hawaii now, but I still feel the love.

Now I can go back to my real estate clients recharged, refreshed, renewed. Life is good.
