The other day I was in the office and saw a couple trying to get into our side locked door. I ran out to help the them, it was 115 degrees and the man was on crutches. I figured they were looking for the elevator to the restaurant above our office, but I said to them, " Are looking to buy a house?" They said ,"yes we are." I said. "Come on in."
I asked the what area they liked and they like Trilogy La Quinta which is where I live. I answered their questions and we set an appointment to view homes the next day.
We viewed 6 homes ( and he was on crutches) and they do like Trilogy La Quinta and will be relocating to our area after his upcoming hip surgery.
The agent on floor time was not there. You snooze you lose. I got a great client and new friends too. On a day when most agents were lying by the pool whining about the heat, i was making deals.
I beat the heat !
