Here are some of the reasons I like Active Rain:

1. Lots of new information

2. Contact affirmation and / or reality check

3. More online visisbility of me and my business

4. Sharing of ideas and skills

5. Open minded and professinal friends with top skills

6. Builds better relationships with agents and the public

Yesterday- Christmas Day about 2 PM - I emailed Amy Jones after researching her on Active Rain and Google. She is a very active realtor in Chandler, Arizona area. I had a referral for her of some close friends of my son looking for a $300,000- $400,000 home.

Just like a top agent would, she responds within 5 minutes. The friends are starting their home search today.

This is another great Active Rain story. Lots of great agents working together to excel in the real estate industry for themselves, each other, and their clients - Active Rain!

I love blogging. Maybe because I like to talk. I have not gotten tired of blogging unless I am just plain tired.

I am interested in people's comments on my blogs and other blogs too.

I like to share.

I like to vent.

I like to listen.

I amazed that blogging basically did not exist until a few years ago. The world is so much bigger now and smaller too. The information and contact we have now is unbelievable.

I will keep blogging and see what comes next.

What has Active Rain added to your life?

I have Active Rain as a part of my life everyday. I learn so much and feel wherever I am and whatever I am doing, I can keep up to date with trends and situations in real estate.

I love the humor and positive attitude as well as the professionalism on Active Rain.  The community of agents on Active Rain keeps growing and transforming.

I feel Active Rain is more helpful than most seminars and is available to me 24/7 for what I need for myself and my business when I need it.

Next week Wed. - Fri. Aug 24-26 is the Tom Ferry Summit in Anaheim. Let's all meet. How about we meet at the registration desk area on Thurs. at 8:30 AM. The seminar starts at 9 AM on Thurs. so we will have time to meet and connect and decide if we want to meet for lunch too. Please bring your cards, flyers, gifts etc. so all of us AR's can  meet in person.

Active Rain seems way more active. It seems more people are blogging and  blogging more often. I really like the friends and comments from Active Rain.

I learn so much, have good laughs, and also feel like I can contribute. Active Rain is growing and developing as I feel my blogs are growing and developing.

Thanks to all of you who blog and comment daily. It is a big part of my real estate life and really helps me through each day.

I like the consistency of Active Rain. 24 hours a day 7 days a week there is information, support, humor, sharing, and friendship plus lots more.

I like the idea that I can learn what I want to know and not sit a seminar for 8+ hours to pick up one or 2 good ideas.

The information on Active Rain is up to the minute current.

I like Active Rain as I can get lots of points of view and ideas. It helps me to build skills, think outside the box, and share and comment to help others too.

Active Rain is great tool for me, not only to build my business and visibility on the internet, but also a great way to share ideas and learn new ideas and skills consistently.

How does this happen? I post blogs and there are comments and neither the points or the comments are posted under points summary. I donot feel it is all about th epoints and I know no system is perfect, but this is baffling to me how we can blog and it is posted and the points are missed?

Also, how do they choose the featured blogs? Is it friends? Is it by lottery? To me there seems to be no rhyme nor reason how the feautured blogs are chosen?

I love Active Rain and am mainly impressed by how well it functions. I hope the updates this evening help solve some of the glitches.

I have not been able to reblog for several weeks. Can you reblog? Is this an issue with me or with the Active Rain system?
I really gain alot from active rain and also like the reblogs from people of items I may have missed.
